With our design and layout team’s combine experienced of more than 30 years, we guarantee the PCB layout to be 100% faithful to the schematic or we will replace the PCB for free after the correction.
PCB LAYOUT RATES :
Minimum Charge of USD160 (for 8 man hours of design services)
Hourly Rate : USD20
WE PERFORM ALL PCB CAD LAYOUT IN EAGLE CADSOFT. JOB SCOPE INVOLVED :
Redraw schematics in Eagle (if schematics are not provided in Eagle)
Recheck the provided schematics in Eagle to ensure signal connectivity
Cross check components used against manufacturer package specifications
Custom Built Part Library if necessary
Board CAD Layout based on customer specified dimensions and specific arrangements
Final Gerbers will be provided upon completion of CAD layout
LAYOUT PROCESS :
We will review schematics and provide you with a quote.
Establish board design specifications (size, specific parts placement, etc..)
Board layout in pdf will be sent to you for approval
If required, modifications will be made to current design and a new board layout in pdf will be sent to you for approval
Once design approved, a set of pcb gerbers will be provided to you for your manufacturing needs

Schematic drawing of circuit. We accept schematics in Eagle Cadsoft or in picture format
Partslist showing all the parts on the schematics and description of parts package. i.e R1 – 0805 resistor, D1 – SOT23 diode
Special instructions such as board size, preferred component placement location, high current traces
If required, modifications will be made to current design and a new board layout in pdf will be sent to you for approval
Datasheet or diagram for non standard or customized parts. i.e heatsink,
