What we need to process your
orders:
Bill Of
Materials - preferably in MS Excel or other
spreadsheet format.
Please indicate any components
that has special assembly requirements.
BOM should indicate : Part number, Designator to PCB silkscreen,
and Description.
Gerber or CAD files
- if
the PCB are not manufactured by us, please provide us the CAD or Gerber
files.
Special Instructions -
For special instruction assembly, please provide detail assembly drawings
and instruction (such as insertion into casing or wire assembly onto PCB).
Important
:
ICs should have silkscreen that indicates 1st
pin and components with polarity should have proper polarity marking. If
marking are not available on PCB, please indicate them on a separate
document showing the correct mounting orientation.
When sending parts to us we
accept parts ship directly to us from your supplier. Please
refer to our address under
contact us.
Quantities of parts & components
for assembly should be 5% more than required for attrition purposes. All
unused parts can either be kept here with us for future usage or sent back
to you together with the assembled boards.
